Eaton’s Utility segment of its Digital Office is looking for a Software Developer.

This position may be located at our St.

Bruno or Montreal offices or remote from within the surrounding St.

Bruno, South Shore, or Montreal areas.

Position Overview: CYME International T&D is a world-class Power Engineering Solutions provider with an established reputation for customer responsiveness and technical expertise.

As part of a multidisciplinary development team, the software developer will participate in the design and development of software and custom client projects in the field of analysis and modeling of electricity distribution networks and renewable energies.

Essential Responsibilities: Analyzes technical specifications and engineering requirements.

Designs, builds, and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Prepares detailed software verification test plans.

Collaborates with the support team to provide an unsurpassed customer experience.

Coordinates all stages of the development cycle in collaboration with the project lead.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Experience in C#, JavaScript, and HTML programming.

Experience with the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment.

Fluency in English, French (working proficiency).

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Must reside within an 80km radius of our St-Bruno or Montreal office, can work remote if residing within the surrounding areas of St-Bruno and/or Montreal.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle, SQL.

Experience in C++ programming.
