This is a Full-time position in Montreal-Est, QC posted January 7, 2021.

Salary(Grade:09) Hiring salary range $62954-$79,523 Position Purpose Assists with sourcing prospective employers, following up on new job leads in the targeted industry sectors and reporting marketing progress on a regular basis in order to help develop new job opportunities for the Co-op Program.

Assist various teams during peak periods and acts as a backup to other team members in order to maximize the placement process and maintain service levels.

Essential Qualifications Undergraduate degree with minimum 2 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment where priorities changes often.Experience organizing and prioritizing work in relation to tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research and reporting Related co-op or marketing experience preferred.

Business development or sales experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Excellent phone manners, enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated in following up with employers.

Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Internet Research with good email management skills.

Experience using CRM tools and proficient in Excel.

Have excellent customer service skills.

Ability to effectively market, promote program and services to new clients.

Ability to be thorough, accurate, and have a high level of attention to detail.
