Camions Bécancour and Camions Western Star Mauricie Inc. form the only integrated truck center in Quebec offering all the necessary services to truckers and trucking companies: SAAQ-certified mechanical inspection, sale of new and used trucks, towing, mechanics and body repair.

Responsibilities

• Greet the department’s customers
• Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
• Sell and advise on maintenance, inspection and safety services
• Make appointments for the workshop and the S.A.A.Q.
• Opening of repair orders
• Follow up with the customer by phone.
• Verification of warranties and safety reminders
• Work in collaboration with the foreman
• Other related tasks
