What will your typical day look like?
The role will lead the Strategic Initiatives & Analytics workstream within the Deloitte Global Delivery Network, which plays a critical role in:
- Leading the operationalization of a Global Delivery Center, including the development of key operating principles and demand and supply processes, reporting of key metrics and the management of senior stakeholder relationships
- Providing oversight to the development of a quarterly reporting process to measure the operational performance of Delivery Centers part of the Global Delivery Network
- Leading, developing and implementing an analytics-driven approach to new strategic initiatives that support the scaling and capability growth of the Global Delivery Network
- Developing analytical frameworks and executive-level presentations to achieve buy-in and adoption of new initiatives and strategic recommendations
- Developing and managing effective cross-functional relationships in a multi-stakeholder environment across multiple geographies
- Developing executive-level reporting on new strategic initiatives, including the presentation of materials to senior leadership

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations or analytics; experience with professional services firm highly preferred
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed multi national or global organization; Masters’ degree a plus
- Ability to structure and synthesize information or data efficiently to draw meaningful insights and enable decision-making for intended leaders
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear and concise business narratives
- Advanced program management skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance team workload based on program requirements
- Experience managing and building junior teams
Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion for promoting a more inclusive and collaborative team environment through coaching, mentorship and sponsorship of teams
- Ability to deliver under pressure and provide informed responses to leadership in short timeframes
- High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction
- Outstanding research and analytical skills
- Experience with systems integration will be considered a plus
- Experience with Tableau will be considered a plus
