Main Responsibilities / Duties of role: Dailyadministration and support ofSalesforceimplementation including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles, roles and permissions, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validationsCreate and maintain product documentation and specificationsCollaborate withSalesforceteam including architects, analysts and developers to configure and integrate components and third-party product documentation and specification to meet customer and product requirementsTroubleshoot platform issues, provide recommendations and work on solutions to improve productMaintain and retrieve data relating to corporate accounts inSalesforceCRM as requiredPerform audit and data validation activities to ensure all corporate account data is accurate and up to dateWorking with the scrum team to scope and estimate work Critical and/or Essential requirementsforthis position: 3 years of experience as aSalesforcePlatformAdministrator including business analysis, configuration, process builderStrong understanding of the platform coupled with an ability to build custom apps and objects,formula fields, workflow, custom views and other context of various complexityIn-depth knowledge and ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoptionCertification asSalesforceAdministrator is a must, all otherSalesforcecertifications are as a plusPositive customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal, communication and team-collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively perform in a changing environment Desirable requirements: Proven ability to understand and explain the impact of new requirements on the platform, applications, system and processesExperience with Agile developmentSalesforceIntegration Other qualifications (if applicable): Work extremely well in a team environment.Enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment, positive attitudeCreative thinking and ability to participate in ideation and development of innovative solutionsAbility to work with business SMEs and end users directlyAbility to adhere to best practices and development standards
