Sr. Integration Architect (Azure)

To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com Job Description What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a key part of an innovative, “first to market” technology culture, contributing to CIBC’s CRM transformation.

As a CRM Consultant you will lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development How You’ll Succeed Strategic Design, Planning & Execution : Defines high-level component for the solution.

Leads the estimation of development efforts for user stories, and runs the Iteration planning and preview workshops.

Manages the development team and leads solution design, including work by Vendors & Internal Partners Evaluates Out-Of-The-Box options or design patterns that require minimal customization.

Defines & oversee standards and practices, including Build / Buy Configure Strategy.

Performs code reviews and makes sure development team is following standards.

Ensures proper Test Coverage and Unit Testing is performed.

Identify ways to utilize platform to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Strong Leadership : Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement).

Coordinates deployments with Release Manager Who You Are You can demonstrate experience in: You have a certifications in: Minimum 5 years of development or design experience building integration solutions using Azure.

Minimum 3 years’ experience leading Azure implementations using Azure Data factory, Azure SQL, APIM, Mulesoft or other middleware.

Experience with Azure services and DevOps.

Good understanding of integrations like web services, REST.

Understanding of design patterns for batch vs real time integrations and microservices architecture.

Experience with ETL and migrating large data sets.

Understanding and experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenId Connect.

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Participation in each phase of development (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support).

Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
