Our technology has been used in over 25,000 surgeries
– helping us to gain real-world feedback from patients and surgeons to improve our products.

We are looking for a Software Test Specialist to join our R&D team to help bring new innovative technologies to the market The Position The Software Test Specialist is part of our R&D team focused on developing our surgical planning, visualization and navigation products.

We are a small cross-functional team of talented individuals, passionate about improving medical outcomes with the technologies we build.

The role is responsible for testing our software for Intellijoint Hip and Intellijoint Knee product lines.

Simply put, you will work with a talented and driven team to build innovative medical device technology that can improve surgical outcomes and enhance patients’ quality of life.

As a snapshot, we are looking for someone who has/is: Experience with designing, planning, executing and maintaining test activities for native OS applications Experience using test automation frameworks and tools for MacOS based applications Driven, collaborative, team player Main Duties: Design, develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test activities utilizing various testing methodologies and practices in an agile environment.

Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks.

Create effective documentation for test plans, protocols, bug reports and results.

Work closely with product development and software development team members to plan and execute testing activities.

Participate in risk management, requirements definition, bug triage, backlog refinement and sprint planning processes to ensure features and defects are effectively tested.

Contribute to overall system-level verification and validation of product releases.

Maintain software testing equipment, infrastructure and tools needed for testing.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and application of development and testing processes, best practices and tools.

Skills and Experience to Enable Success: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of professional software testing experience with native OS applications (macOS preferred).

Experience using test automation frameworks and tools (e.g.

Appium, XCTest, EarlGrey, etc.).

Experience with various testing approaches and techniques (exploratory, session based, context driven, regression, acceptance, functional, non-functional, etc.).

Experience with macOS or Linux.

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.

Experience with agile software development and using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).

Nice to have: Experience with medical devices.
