Software and programming support technician

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted March 24, 2022.
– Provide technical support for the company’s products;
– Perform software tests to solve the problems reported by the customer and complete the analyzes to determine the defective modules or programming elements;
– Analyze and report frequent problem cases to support engineering teams;
– Develop tailor-made software and embedded software solutions for customers;
– Provide follow-up for clients;
– Understand, document, create methodologies related to customer and application integrations.
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering (robotics, software or computer science);
– Minimum of 3 years of programming experience;
– Development experience in the following technologies: Ubuntu, ROS, C++, Matlab and Python;
– Good ability to communicate and interact with teams;
– Fluent in French.
