ServiceNow Solutions Sales Executive – Toronto/ Ottawa


This is a Contract position in Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area, AB posted July 18, 2021.

Thirdera is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is building business in an ecosystem hungry for stability and consistent delivery.

Thirdera appreciates your ability to identify new business opportunities, maintain key relationships with clients and partners, negotiating and closing business deals, and achieving or exceeding quotas around ServiceNow and ITSM services.

Based in: Toronto or Ottawa Responsibilities: Generate leads, pursue sales leads and prospective clients Deliver presentations, proposals and quotes Stay in front of, and maintain extensive knowledge of, current market conditions Combine your experience selling Enterprise ITSM Solutions, Services and ServiceNow to present our unique value proposition and generate trust Strengthen business relationships with our current clients and partners Obtain client requirements and prepare business development strategies tailored to the targeted customer Maintain a short-term and long-term business development plan, reviewed and aligned on a monthly basis Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Basic Qualifications (Required): 5-10 years selling professional services and/ or ServiceNow solutions (If not experienced directly with ServiceNow, must have services sales experience with a focus on ITSM (HP, BMC, CA, or IBM) Canada-based professional Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn the trust of sophisticated customers and executives.

May require some travel on an as-needed basis.

5 years of direct solutions sales experience in the ITSM industry cultivating professional relationships and dealing with long sales cycles.


Familiar with the regulations that drive the technology capture process and be a strong advocate for the company.
