Service Desk Analyst

This is a Full-time position in Vaughan, ON posted July 11, 2019.

The Service Desk Analyst is familiar with queue management techniques to ensure prompt and efficient service and can manage access control to remote systems.

This role liaises with the appropriate support teams and third parties for escalation.

3 years work on a service desk providing phone and email support to a variety of end users.

3 Previous experience using service now ticketing system on a help desk.

This individual must have experience in setting up new users, managing active directory and adding and deleting new users.
