Senior Solution Architect
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Solutions Architect. It is a 1-year hybrid contract opportunity (occasional visit on site) with a possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown corporation client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance.
The Senior Solutions Architect will have the following responsibilities:
Provide leadership in architecture and technical design for subdomains of ERP functional area, focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) product area, and ensure design is consistent and well-integrated with existing conceptual, logical, and physical architectures, in collaboration with the Business Architect;
Collaborate with SL and Architecture COE on the solution design to ensure it complies with enterprise architectural standards and roadmaps;
Facilitate and enable the integration of applications, services and business processes using common methodologies;
In collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and the Architecture COE, research and evaluate software technology, products, and solutions, and make recommendations on technology/production introduction, phase-out and retirement in the HCM area;
Work across the ERP domain (including OTC, Finance, Procurement, HCM, and CRM) to understand and leverage common solution components where appropriate;
The Senior Solutions Architect must meet the following mandatory requirements:
5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules, design, and development and/or configuration and documentation;
5+ years’ experience as a Solution, Infrastructure, Business or Data Architect, or technical leader in large projects;
2+ years’ experience designing, developing and/or configurating data integrations between SAP HCM and HCM cloud (SaaS) applications;
Broad experience in designs, including solution design, process flow design, architect description/views, functional designs, technical designs, etc;
8 years’ experience in progressively advancing roles within IT;
Knowledgeable in release / deployment management;
Knowledgeable in SAP Cloud Connectors, APIs, etc;
Knowledge on non HCM SAP modules (OTC, FICO, CRM, MM, etc)
The following skills/experience would be an asset:
Experience with SAP programming, ABAP, CDS view, Fiori, Java and Java script;
Multi-processing/concurrent programming experience;
SAP S4/Hana experience, SAP BTP experience, experience using Jira for Agile software development, experience with Health, Safety and Employee Relations management processes;
