Senior Software Engineer (Unreal Engine) / Team Lead


This is a Contract position in Vancouver, BC posted November 9, 2020.

Are you a an experienced software developer with production level knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine and enjoys games, particularly VR games?

Our Vancouver based client is seeking to hire several intermediate Software Engineers on a permanent full time basis.

Open to consider experienced candidates across BC also available for remote work.

As a Senior Game Software Engineer, you will: -Building the game -Integrating game design mechanics -Design, prototype, and implement technical workflows -Collaborate with art and design leads to create an awesome game What experience and skillset do you bring?

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

•3 years of video game development
• 2 years of game development within Unreal Engine
• Be available to meet for review sessions in person or via online means
• Professionalism and autonomy
•Experience shipping a commercial games developed with Unreal Engine
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
