Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role LifeWorks. A Lifeworks Sr. Admin will be actively involved in the continued improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuration and automation tools, have an understanding or experience in CPQ and be able to support with integration applications.

At LifeWorks, the Sr. Admin will be involved in a variety of enhancement initiatives across the organization and will be required to liase with stakeholders at all levels providing technical design recommendations.


  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality and scalable business solutions on the (SFDC) platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
  • All actions related user profiles, assignment, public groups, OWD and sharing rules
  • Advanced skills with all automation tools including, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes
  • Object Configuration (fields, record types, layouts, formulas, validation rules)
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • DemandTools / Salesforce Data loader
  • Sandbox management/release management experience
  • Product set up and configuration
  • Support users with CPQ configurations
  • Manage salesforce data feeds, imports and other integrations
  • Proactive system maintenance including release updates, health checks, optimization, refresh
  • User support
  • Working with Integrated applications including Hubspot, Workday, Zoom info, Altify, Sales navigator


  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 2+ year’s experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Advanced Administration Certification
  • Trailhead Badges / Super Badges
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or other professional designations

Desired Qualifications:

  • CPQ Certification
  • Working Knowledge of DemandTools
