Role Description The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager (SPMM) role is equal parts champion and cheerleader, which translates to an individual who loves to collaborate with others, solve business problems, build strategies, find the answers, and achieve the goals they've set for themselves and our partners. The SPMM exudes Compugen’s mission and vision. You are at the forefront of the company as the liaison between our partners and our incredible team. The SR. PMM teams with strategists, specialists, and creative colleagues to bring out the best in our group and deliver the most for our partners. You'll be responsible for understanding each partner's goals, unique needs, and challenges, and use your years of experience in marketing and service to act in the partner’s best interest while being a good steward of Compugen. This position is mid-level and requires grit, grace, and a will to find a way. The ability to answer tough questions, provide keen business insights, and manage the tug-and-pull that turns ideas into actions will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between projects, partners, peers, and platforms ensuring timely checkpoints, project management updates, and communicationSupport the PMM team with daily activities, goals and obstaclesAct as a generalist in HubSpot, Digital, Demand, Direct Marketing, and basic marketing and IT copywriting to quickly support the teams with high-level adds, edits, and changes required to ensure our processes continue effectively and efficiently.Support the and marketing team in partner debriefs, meeting notes, campaign ideas, and research to ensure projects are informed and all team members are well-prepared to executeWork within the Asana project management system to document and track activities, milestones, and project tactics. Ensure data is accurate and project teams are clear about expectations, deliverables, and timelines.Build irreplaceable relationships with partners and their team members; be the colleague they never had.Communicate with sales, service, marketing teams, and executives to ensure expectations, needs, and goals are understood and delivered. Create, research, and pitch new marketing plans, ideas, and tactics you've vetted with your internal teams and external partners to continue to grow the partner relationships and the return on their investment.Proactively identify and resolve issues or potential issues to ensure the partner's expectations are met or surpassed.Coordinate and present reporting on results of partner initiatives; regularly review and analyze data to ensure activities are driving MQLs and SQLs for our partners.Support the internal Marketing Funding Coordinator/team to ensure access, activity, claims, and POP are submitted in a timely fashion.Develops an understanding of the Compugen business environment, our go-to-market strategy, and how we differentiate in the IT industry.Keeps abreast of emerging behaviours, technologies, and trends that are impacting our world and that of our partnersBe ready to lend a hand, teach your colleagues, and train our partners on our tools, processes, and best practices. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in IT or B2BCreatively minded and process-driven; you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves with the marketing team, brainstorm with partners, or pitch a new ideaAbility to manage, support and motivate PMM TeamExperience with strategic planning and management for related market segmentsProficiency with complex solutions and sales related to networking & communications technology is an assetAbility to think and plan both tactically and strategicallyDemonstrated ability to prioritize and flex in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrated ability to manage external partners and senior-level relationshipsDemonstrated ability to build and execute cross-functional plans to achieve defined objectivesDemonstrated ability to analyze and interpret business results and develop an action planDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with the sales organizationCreative and strategic thinking with excellent decision-making skillsThe successful applicant will be required to attest to their vaccination status.
