What you’ll do:

Partner Process Design and Management

• Build out a cohesive process for both Marketing campaigns and Sales enablement activities
• Ownership of the Campaign process
• Build a GTM Scorecard and process for Full WAVE Execution – Working collaboratively with DG and BUs
• Creating, Maintaining and Governing the campaign process
• Manage Partner Program execution process by aligning our people, process, and technology.
• Alignment of Partner Process to all standard SC tools (SFDC, Eloqua, and Partner Portal)
• Alignment with Asana administrator to ensure future process designs are integrated, and we are constantly looking for current process improvement
• Link process and design to outputs and results
• Competitive analysis on what tools and process are best of breed in the market
• Process design needs to include integration with PAMs and BU stakeholders
  • Communication and enablement of process should be part of the overall design
  • Alignment with PAMs on inputs, ongoing usage & outputs for MDF tracking
• Design of future requirements for growth of the Partner reporting and process
  • Build out tracking of Partner program
  • Tracking of additional purchased activities
  • Alignment with Sales Ops to best design reporting and tracking to support program
• Asana Administrator – users / access, licenses
  • Keeping Asana up to date with the Vendor
  • Asana customer experience people etc.
  • Communication with Stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, business environment
• Proven ability to set priorities, plan, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Can successfully navigate internal and external cross-functional relationships
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Demonstrated ability to measure and track ROI and progress towards business objectives
• Proven project management skills, and ability to hold individuals to deadlines
• Attention to detail; excellent written and oral communication skills
