What will your typical day look like?

You can expect to work in a highly collaborative, diverse team environment.

A typical day could include a combination of client delivery; giving presentations to both internal and external audiences; developing points of view and thought leadership.

The Senior Consultant role is a key client delivery role.

In this capacity you an expect to lead project streams, capture clients business and functional requirements, support the design and implementation of ServiceNow’s IT Operations Management suite of products (event, discovery, service mapping, CMDB, discovery).

Enough about us, let’s talk about you Curious about emerging technology and passionate about modernizing legacy service experiences to be more autonomous and digitally enabled Experienced with 3 years in IT Operations specifically in network engineering and network operations Familiar with IT Service Management Processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release and Event Management Familiar with suggested practices for a well architected Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Familiar with ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery solutions Familiar with ServiceNow Event Management solution Strong in both written and verbal communication Government of Canada Security Clearance Eligible French speaking would be considered an asset Why Deloitte?
