Position Overview:

As the SAP ERP Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing, enhancing, and supporting our SAP ERP system. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless integration and operation of our enterprise resource planning platform, while collaborating with various departments to identify and implement process improvements. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP modules to align with business needs, enabling our company to operate efficiently and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP ERP Implementation and Configuration: Lead and contribute to the successful implementation and configuration of SAP modules, including (but not limited to) MM, PP, VC, IM, WM, and CS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that support business processes.

2. System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the SAP ERP system. Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and minimal downtime.

3. Process Improvement: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

4. Testing and Documentation: Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing of SAP system changes and enhancements. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

5. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the SAP ERP system. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.

6. Stay Updated with SAP Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest SAP releases, updates, and industry best practices. Recommend and implement improvements based on emerging trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP ERP will be a plus.

2. Experience: Proven experience as an SAP ERP Analyst, with a track record of successful SAP implementations and support. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with various SAP modules.

3. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Strong understanding of SAP data structures, table relationships, and reporting tools.

4. Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business processes across different functional areas and industries. Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose solutions, and implement changes efficiently.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a strong ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

8. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
