Adecco is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst-Bilingual in Montreal, QC to service one of our banking clients. Apply now if you have experience in delivering business projects and have Knowledge of financial market products.

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, optimizing business processes, writing requirements, and acting as a bridge between IT and the other sectors. Senior Business Analyst-Bilingual will be a 2 year full time contract position with a possibility of extension and conversion to perm and the working model will be hybrid.

    • Senior Business Analyst-Bilingual Responsibilities:

  • Carry out, as an expert in change management and processes, the delivery of large and complex projects
  • Analyze and make recommendations to optimize business processes, write requirements, and act as a central point of contact between IT and the other sectors
  • Enhance the client experience by effectively exceeding expectations and seek ongoing improvements to our processes

    • Senior Business Analyst-Bilingual Qualifications:

  • Completion of High school required
  • ‎Advanced experience in delivering business projects, from initiation to post-deployment; Knowledge of financial market products is an asset
  • Excellent practice of Agile methodology and methodologies in business analysis‎
  • Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement, LSS Black Belt is an asset
  • ‎Strong change management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English ‎mandatory
