Transform the way the world runs networksThe OpportunityAs a member of the Analytics & Cloud Solutions software development team, you will be responsible for design, development, delivery, & support of cloud products that run on private and public clouds.

You will have a direct hand in bringing Sandvine cloud products to the market on-time with quality and contributing to the success of our Analytics & Cloud business.The JobAs an experienced software developer, you will be working with development teams to build cloud software products that run on OpenStack, OpenShift, and other cloud platformsDesign, develop, & deliver cloud software products that are easy to deploy & manage, highly performant, scalable, and fault tolerantEnable deployment of Sandvine products in a customer private and public cloudsYou will work as an integral member of a self-directed Agile development team employing a Scrum-based methodologyContinuous improvement is part of our DNA, you are encouraged to find new ways of doing things that will continuously improve daily workStay current on public and private cloud technologiesWhat Skills You BringBS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent7+ years of experience designing, building, managing, and documenting quality software products with 4-5 years of OpenStack/DevOps experienceLinux/OpenStack certification preferredExperience with managing a distributed, highly available, high traffic infrastructure based on LinuxDemonstrable experience with OpenStack core services (Nova, Horizon, Neutron, Keystone, Cinder)Sound knowledge in OpenStack CLI commands and administrationDeep understanding on Networking protocols and routing protocols – TCPIP, BGP, MPLS, VPNsSDN knowledge on SRIOV, OVS-DPDK, network design expertise is MUSTExperience with the maintenance and configuration of monitoring, metrics and logging infrastructure like Nagios, Grafana, Logstash etc.Comfortable with shell and scripting languages like Python, Bash, Perl, etc.Experience with Linux, virtualization, package management and ContainersCI/CD Automation experience is a plusExperience in performing day-to-day operational/DevOps tasksKnowledge of OpenShift is preferredKnowledge of CNCF framework is a plusCertified Kubernetes Administrator and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certifications preferredSelf-motivated and able to deliver on commitments on-time all the time with qualityAble to work independently as well as within a geographically distributed agile development teamAbility to troubleshoot and quickly resolve problemsExcellent Written and verbal communications skills are important About SandvineNetworks are evolving, and operators need to keep up.
