We are currently seeking a Salesforce
– Engagement Director to join our team
– Remote Canada position (work from home) How You’ll Help Us: As the Engagement Director, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within on the largest technology providers in the world.

We are building the next generation of digital services companies and believe clients are ready for a more nimble, agile partner to deliver outcomes across the SFDC platform
– including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, Mulesoft, Tableau etc.

Why the Role Is Important: The Engagement Director is fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful.

You will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Once You Are Here, You Will: Responsible for the overall success of the engagement Works with the client and project manager to establish the governance model Overall escalation point for quality control and resource management Act as liaison to all senior stakeholders – client, account, and practice Ensure fulfillment of obligations in the SOW and ensure contracts are carried out correctly Develop mechanism to identify gaps between SOW and Deliverable Responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement such as the informal and formal CSAT Survey process.

Recommend enhancements to performance tool(s) Manage CSAT Responses & Escalations Prepare Case Studies Run the customer reference ability program Required: 10 years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services 5 years of enterprise-level project or program management experience 5 years in a role utilizing technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects or SME’s in pre-sales activities.

5 years in a role utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role 5 years in a role influencing a group audience, facilitating, and leading discussions Preferred: Ability to take initiative a raise concerns to the client when obstacles arise Prior experience working and managing large scale projects with 25 resources, preferably in a global capacity Previous experience working as a Solution Architect, collaborating with business and development teams to successfully design and manage solutions by creating solution design documents, requirement documentation, business process and workflow definitions and gap analysis Location: Remote Canada withminimumclient travel expected (under normal operating conditions post-COVID) LI-CDTS About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
