To support project delivery, CGI has established a worldwide Salesforce.com Centre of Expertise in Montreal, QC, to provide architecture and standard methodologies support for Salesforce initiatives globally.

Fonctions et responsabilités :
• Participate in the full SDLC from technical design to development, testing and deployment
• Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions that may include form point-and-click configurations, workflows and flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, VisualForce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Design and build Interfaces between Salesforce Platform and other applications
• Provide support and administrative assistance to existing Salesforce clients
• Interact directly with our customers and the CGI team, including consultants, architects and pre-sales to ensure customer success
• Contribute to the estimation and timeline process
• Coach, mentor and provide technical leadership to entry level colleagues Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :
• 3 Years progressive experience in Salesforce Development and Administration with Salesforce implementations in a complex B2B environment.

• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and Developer (Platform I).

• Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Developer (Platform II), App Builder.

• Solid exposure or experience with Apex triggers/classes, Controllers, API, writing test code coverage, debugging and optimization, Visualforce, Visual Workflow, and/or Lightning components to create unique customer-based solutions; development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML (CPQ and Lightning experience an asset).

• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.

• Experience in working within Salesforce Governor Limits.

• Experience with DevOps Tools and CI/CD Deployment Process.

• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.

• Technically versed in both Sales and Service Cloud.

• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment/packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.

• Familiar with best practices on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.

• Implement SOAP / REST based web services.

• Develop Web Services classes on Force.com platform and WSDL Generation.

• Fluent with SOSL and SOQL, Workflows.

• Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, Ant Scripts.

• Migration of customizations including custom configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environment.

• Customizations of reports, dashboards, workflows, approval Processes.

• Good knowledge of Salesforce latest products including Einstein Analytics is a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
