Salesforce Administrator Procom is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a role with one of our large enterprise clients in the software space.

Salesforce Administrator Job Details This position involves being part of a dynamic team environment responsible for trouble shooting and supporting software solutions in Salesforce to meet business requirements in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Services.

The position will be primarily focused on the systems used by Sales.

The primary application is Salesforce.com but additional knowledge in D&B, Level11, Apptus, Zuora, Conga/Novatus, and RO Innovation is an asset.

Knowledge of integrations into other enterprise systems such as SAP is useful but not necessary.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities Serve as an administrator the Salesforce.com application Work with internal customers to identify business process and system issues and potential enhancements Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures Manage processes to promote system changes into production upon completion of appropriate change management and org readiness activities Prepare data files and upload the data into SalesForce.com Create reports in SalesForce.com to meet operational requirements Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the configuration effectively supports business requirements Respond to daily production tickets in a timely manner Create and maintain internal technical documentation Support and troubleshoot integrations between SalesForce.com and other Enterprise systems Salesforce Administrator Mandatory Skills BS degree in Computer Science or related field 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator/super user Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements Excellent customer service skills with strong written, verbal and listening communication skills Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel Strong analysis and decision-making abilities, including problem-solving Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines Ability to understand and act in accordance with the corporate and team mission, values and principles Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM software packages Excellent written and oral communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Salesforce Administrator Nice to Have Skills Knowledge in the following is considered very useful but not necessary: D&B Level11 Apptus Zuora Conga/Novatus RO Innovation Enterprise systems such as SAP Salesforce Administrator Start Date As soon as possible Salesforce Administrator Assignment Length 12-month contract
