Deloitte’s National Sales Office (NSO) is seeking a Sales and Program Coordinator to join their team to provide the necessary support to the portfolio account managers team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues with respect to account and portfolio management support, reporting and client research.

What will your typical day look like?

As an integral part of a high-performing team of professionals, you will report to a Senior Manager. Working closely with the Deloitte Mid-Market Portfolio team across the country, you will be self-motivated, highly energetic, and results oriented. You possess as strong desire to learn and are naturally curious in your pursuit of knowledge. You are competent in project management and in the use of CRM systems; you have insight into professional services and an understanding of how to navigate the firm to help support the implementation of sales plans in the medium market segment.

  • Support the Portfolio Management team with the coordination and execution of the Voice of Client program, ensuring teams meet their program goals.
  • Become a subject matter expert of CRM Administration, utilizing the tool to perform CRM queries and generate and create sales reports.
  • Support the Portfolio Management team in various initiatives such as: relationship mapping, account and sales plan development, account team presentations, revenue and sales reporting.
  • Connect with Portfolio Managers nationally to gather best practices to foster and support a community of knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assist with the maintenance and sharing of service, industry or firm knowledge, credentials and capabilities for the benefit of partners, Portfolio Managers, and clients
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with all members of the Portfolio Management and Mid-Market Program Team and key members of the National Sales Office.
  • Ensure firm quality and brand standards both internally and externally.
  • Adhere to the firm’s policies in the areas of: Independence, Confidentiality, Non-solicitation & Intellectual property.

You are someone who is/has:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales, marketing and communications experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, administration, marketing or communications.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter, independent and proactive, you demonstrate a willingness to embrace change and challenge the status quo, adapt to rapidly changing technology, and create efficient workflow processes to meet changing business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). You possess the ability to develop relationships with diverse teams (including Partners and Staff) to facilitate proactive articulation and resolution of issues in a concise and clear manner.
  • You desire to work in a team-based environment on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and database management experience.
