Regional Software Sales Manager – OTE $350k


This is a Contract position in Vancouver, BC posted December 6, 2022.

Our client, a year-over-year Top Employer has engaged ROSS ( ) to help them recruit a Regional Software Sales Manager.

ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

· Responsible for achievement of Regional/Unit new software , renewals and Professional Services targets.

· Sets strategy and goals for regional group staff through comprehensive Go To Market Plans
· Plans and recommends staff promotions/additions/deletions as needed.

· Chairs Industry team(s) as appropriate
· Helps representatives to meet goals in day-to-day performance
· Develops & Maintains Senior & Executive Level Relationshipswith Customers and Prospects
· Coaches representatives in the application of Solution Selling
· Conducts Weekly Review Meetings with Account Representatives
· Conducts Weekly Team Meetings
· Through pipeline review meetings, ensures that CEC (forecast and customer) data is accurate and up to date
· Submits accurate and validated forecasts to Sales Vice President,
· Negotiates contracts and bids, as well as follow-up support to all closing sales.

· Coaches each representative in expanding selling skills and people skills, and mentors/validates representatives’ capability/situational knowledge; role plays may be required
· Helps representatives to Identify new sales opportunities.

· Interviews representatives; evaluates performance of group staff.

· Advises sales representative and assistants in the handling of complicated sales and policy issues.

· Interprets sales and management policies for the group.

· Assists in planning and implementation of marketing strategies.

· Develops joint partnership strategies with Alliances Manager.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
