REEF: Sr Sharepoint Developer/Administration

The Senior Web Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and administration of REEF’s corporate, e-commerce, and business solution web sites and services.

This includes the design, creation, implementation, and maintenance of web solutions compatible with corporate web presence strategies, modern industry standard web design principles, and mobile web design principles.Responsibilities also include leading a team of junior web administrators, refining website specifications, providing level 2/3 functional support, and resolving technical issues.

Ultimately, you will ensure the corporate web sites are functional, operating within documented performance metrics, and meeting both internal and external customer requirements.The position reports to the Director of IT Networking within REEF TechnologyWhat You’ll Do Work as the Senior Administrator and team lead for the company’s internal/external hosted web sites, third-party hosted payment pages, and suite of web communication tools and services Collaborate with external and internal web development teams to update, create, and operate new and existing web services Contribute to the design, development and implementation of web related services and procedures Provide direct support and maintenance of a corporate SharePoint online environment and work with business to design and build out additional functionality within the environment Provide direct support of various corporate WordPress portals and work with business stakeholders to ensure sites continue to meet requirements Develop web site performance metrics Develop and document style guidelines for web site content Setup or maintain monitoring tools for web servers and web sites Contribute to the design and development of both mobile and browser enabled web solutions Test issues such as system integration, performance, regulatory compliance, and system security on a regular schedule or after any major deployments Track, compile, report, and management of statistics related to web content usage and analytics Recommend and implement industry standard search engine optimization (SEO) techniques Conduct preventative maintenance tasks and activities for various systems Document application and web site changes or change procedures Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition Analyze, recommend improvements, test solutions and implement changes as necessary to software applications, business processes and workflow Follow processes and procedures to deliver quality service to all clients Write instructional support documents for Help Desk/support staff as well as end-users Educate co-workers on all implemented solutions Participate in projects as well as application related requests Work according to well-established project management methodologiesWork closely with the IT management team, support and customer care teams and other internal partners to satisfy all client requirements Participate in the growth of Information Technology and the development of IT standards and methodologies Provide off hour, on call support as defined by business SLA requirements Lead and oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance What We Want From You Work experience as a Senior Web Developer or Administrator Minimum 5 years relevant work experience related to web design and administration Excellent knowledge and work experience with WordPress hosted in Pantheon, SharePoint online and (All versions) ,PowerApps, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Designer, Power BI, Power Automate( Flow), Microsoft Dynamics AX, Visual Studio, Visio, Report Builder, Sharegate Migration & Management Tool, IIS, Microsoft Office 365 Package, SQL, Database, C#, Visual Basic, VB.Net, .NET Framework, ADO.NET Powershell, supporting Google analytics, Tag Manager, and the GSuite including Google Map.

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure) framework exposure is an asset Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field Work experience as a Senior Web Developer or Administrator Expertise with web development tools and processes such as InfoPath Experience with mock-up and UI prototyping tools Understanding of security practices for web designs Familiarity with network diagnostics tools Team management skills Solid understanding of business applications and technologies Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent problem-solving and mediation to quickly resole website issues Relevant certifications What We’ll ProvideMedicalDentalVisionLife and Disability401KPaid Time Off (PTO)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
