Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project On behalf of our client in the Healthcare industry, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for a few Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project.

Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project Job Description: The Project Manager/Site Analyst will be responsible for providing project management expertise, leadership, planning and successful delivery of all FWS ‘pipeline’ activities for the assigned health organization/site.

The Project Manager/Site Analyst will oversee and provide support to pipeline resources to ensure client-focused, high quality and timely delivery of the pipeline process.

Key activities include project planning, ongoing delivery/documentation and reporting, all pipeline activities from client engagement through to post deployment support follow up in accordance with approved FWS processes.

The PM/Site Analyst will be expected to work primarily with the FWS Deployment, Application Readiness and Clinical/Business Readiness and Technical Readiness teams, as well as the Site Sponsor and Department/Site Engagement Planner(s), IMITS, Tech Services and other key business stakeholders.

Other PM responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Project planning, initiation, delivery, close out and evaluation.

Produce and maintain project artifacts for specified site, including: Project Charter Project Plan Deployment Forecast Risk and Issue Log Assumption and Decision Log Standard project status reporting (as defined by FWS project leadership) Communication and engagement (change management) plan including stakeholder analysis (co
– developed with the Business/Clinical Readiness team Evaluation Plan Close out report including Lessons Learned Other as directed Adherence to FWS PMO standards, metrics, processes, procedures and practices.

Chairs/facilitates site specific and other status meetings (inclusive of agenda, minutes and other meeting materials).

Conducts regularly scheduled status reviews, identifies deviations to work plan/schedule and implements corrective action(s).

Communicates project status, actions and issues; and provides full project reporting through the project governance structure.

Delegates appropriate tasks and responsibilities to project team resources.

Develops, coordinates and manages sites project plan; maintains all project-related documentation, including project plan, status reports, “lessons learned”, change control, risk/issue, communications, etc.

Documents standards and provides support re: desktop/application roadmap.

Identifies and tracks metrics as they relate to the project deliverables; describes problems and generates solutions for team problem-solving.

Liaises and coordinates with other project streams leads and associated stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Maintains effective and regular communication with all stakeholders (i.e.

Site Sponsor, Primary Points of Contact, Clinical Practice Leads, Project Engagement Planner Leads, Project Manager Deployment and other project work stream leads) on all related matters.

Provides support to the Project Manager
– Deployment to ensure FWS’s ability meet required timelines and deliverables, as well as issue escalation and resolution.

Validates requirements, dependencies, and associated issues/risks; escalates appropriately.

Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.

Additionally, the PM Manager/Site Analyst will provide support to the site’s assigned Desktop Engagement Analysts (DEAs) in the following areas: Establishment of weekly site status meetings.

Reporting – Including Site discovery, order and deployment reporting, and “other” reporting.

Scheduling Discoveries – Working with Site Lead and/or Department/Site Engagement Planner (Primary Point of Contact
– PPC) to schedule site activities.

Engagement – Works in collaboration with Site Lead to support Site/Department engagement activities and communications.

Application Intake – Working with discovery reports, provides application intake assistance which may include, but is not limited to: clarification of additional information for discovered applications, (i.e.

software media, version required, peripherals, etc.).

Supports team with application intake and follow-up requests/coordination.

– Works with Licensing Manager re: site licensing requirements; produce licensing approval forms for site Primary Point of Contact (PPC).

Will work with Primary Point of Contact and/or DEA and/or Deployment PM to schedule/plan the delivery of the Win 10 workstations.

Attends DEA team meetings, licensing and other project related meetings as required.

Address issues and escalates appropriately.

Other duties as required.

Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project Mandatory Skills: Ability to meet deadlines and balance work priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical and broad-based technical knowledge/skills; with ability to think through details and tactics without losing sight of overall strategic goals Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Project Management principals, methodologies and change management practices/trends Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Project and Visio) Effective relationship building skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional tactical and critical strategic thinking Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and facilitation skills Prior experience managing IT/infrastructure and/or clinical/healthcare projects Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively monitor and execute project plans with stringent timelines Transformational awareness and expertise Works well independently and within a team, while influencing and supporting Access to a car is preferable – Will be required to travel regularly between various Vancouver/Lower Mainland sites and PHSA (Burnaby) Desirable skillset PMP certification is an asset Experience working within PHSA and with BC Health Authorities Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project Start Date: ASAP Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project Assignment length: March 31, 2020 Project Manager/Site Analyst, Desktop Upgrade Project Work Location: Burnaby
