Job Summary The Project Coordinator will lead the development and execution of McKesson’s Patient Services & Clinical programs, as well as other internal projects.

This role involves the management of various assignments at different stages of development and execution.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for meeting client-defined metrics and ensuring that appropriate information is communicated to the involved stakeholders on a regular basis.

Specific Responsibilities
•Create plans based on project requirements/objectives defined by the client through the account manager/project director; including development of quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, risk management and communication plans
•Manage and participate in program design and development activities (i.e.

development of primary and secondary documentation, program manuals, SOPs, flows and charts, etc.)
•Manage and participate in the project technical set up (i.e.

telephony, data collection tools and processes, reports and project reporting requirements)
•Create project specific working instructions and take ownership of the development of project master file/project operations binder
•Collaborate with Account Manager/Project Director in defining and meeting program success indicators and performance parameters and include them in the quality assurance plan
•Manage production of training materials and participate in training activities for new and existing employees/projects
•Participate in business review meetings with the client
•Manage all project timelines and updates to the project plan, including changes in scope/activities
•Assist account manager/project director with activities related to strategic project/client planning
•Manage day-to-day project implementation activities (i.e.

responding to client/internal inquiries and troubleshooting)
•Address ad hoc client requests and case escalations, coordinate internal resources and communicate to external stakeholders
•Participate in consulting and/or research projects as necessary to support project and other departmental projects and initiatives
•Communicate effectively and on an ongoing, scheduled basis program status to account manager/project director
•Domestic and international travel for training and client meetings (approximately 20% of the time) General Responsibilities

•Perform duties in compliance with all relevant company standard operating procedures and policies
•Maintain appropriate communications with all levels of the organization
•Track/record and submit time spent on projects and other activities

•Post-secondary education in life science or relevant industry experience
•Excellent computer skills including all MS Office suite of products
•Understanding of internal processes related to data collection and reporting systems
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and with teams with a positive attitude
•Ability to effectively prioritizes tasks; multi-task oriented
