Project Control Officer (PCO)

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted March 9, 2023.

Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Managing Financials (Senior Director’s portfolio)
• Collect and track project and resource information (i.e., project budget, resource rate, etc.)
• Prepare resource allocation/forecast based on available budget and review with Senior Director on a monthly basis
• Provide the current month resource allocation to Finance and PMs
• Be the point of contact for any related inquiry
• Maintaining Project List and Resource Assignment files
• Collect details on new project/s and ensure project list is up to date with latest information
• Work with Directors and Senior Managers in updating the resource assignment file
Governance and Audit
• Lead bi-weekly project review meeting with Management team
• Conduct internal review of technology artifacts prior to implementation
• Manage deviations for the respective applications and ensure they are submitted and/or renewed on time
• Respond to audit requests and provide required report/document as needed
Others
• Townhall and other team events – Organize the event (i.e., schedule a meeting, prepare the deck, coordinate team activities, etc.)
• Ad-hoc task/report – Provide support to Senior Director / Directors as needed.
