Procure to Pay Analyst, Finance

As a Finance Analyst, will have the opportunity to be expert on the ‘Procure to Pay’ process of the company and will be exposed to best systems used in the industry such as SAP.

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Continuously monitor, recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness within the department.

Maintain a strong relationship with internal and external contacts to ensure coordination of purchasing, master data management and accounts payable efforts.

Participate in the development and implementation of projects, policies and/or procedures, aimed at improving productivity for the department.

Liaise with other business units within the organization Develop department process manuals.

Daily review and post vendor invoices.

Analyze problems and provide advice on the correct decision.

Utilize team to help solve an issue/work on projects.

Various other duties as required.

What You’ll Need: 1-3 years previous work experience within Finance, or a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Knowledge of Procure to Pay process (P2P) is required.

Ability to converse comfortably with business partners Drive team to identify and provide continuous improvement opportunities Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills through previous experience in financial analysis Ability to plan, organize and prioritize numerous tasks with conflicting deadlines Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office applications
– Excel, word documents and email (office suite), Power Point Previous experience in SAP would be considered an asset.
