Amico Corporation is a leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 8 manufacturing facilities employing over 750 people across North America.We offer many opportunities for advancement within the Amico Group of Companies, along with a comprehensive benefit package, employer paid vacation, management approved tuition reimbursement and an employee referral program.We are currently seeking a qualified Control Panel Programmer to design control panels and program PLCs.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure PLC programs are updated periodicallyAssist in designing electrical circuit inside industrial control panelTroubleshoot PLC operation and debug program issues when they ariseTroubleshoot electrical issue in control panel when issues ariseMaintain UL compliance with UL 508AJob Requirements:Previous experience in PLC programmingExperience with Schneider Electric PLC is an assetPrevious experience in electrical control panelsPrevious work experience relating to UL 508A is an assetMust understand ladder logic programmingMust have minimum understanding with network integration (IP address assignment)Must have some understanding with MODBUS and BACnet communication protocol.Attention to detailsWilling to learn new product designsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionRequired Qualifications:Engineering background or college technician training backgroundInclude Salary expectations and earliest availability.*Only selected candidates will be contacted.
