After you join the team, we will continue the process of moving you into new roles based on your talents, growth, and interests.The Role:As a Software Training & Transitions (ST&T) Advisor – Fixed Ops you will provide training to existing customers in the Fixed Ops silo of our Dealer Management Software.

You will be responsible for assisting customers’ training both on the phone and virtually leading up to the new software completion.

ST& T Advisors may also assist the customer when required with new software install training in person.The ideal candidate is organized, customer service oriented and is a self-starter, will have a passion for technology, and thrive on a changing landscape.Based in our Milton office, this role is performed in a call center environment and requires travel to customer sites in Canada, US or the Caribbean.This is not a remote work opportunity.Job Responsibilities: Write up tickets and investigate issues that are beyond a ST& T Trainer skill set thatarise and escalate issues to the corresponding teams Responds to both internal and external more difficult training requests in a timely mannerWorks directly with customer and train all sessions in assigned module or modules Be able to talk about and be able to navigate our DMS Software to be able to better assist customer with any or all requests within your siloProvide ongoing training on the software and different disciplines within the company Can actively train dealerships in all modules assigned in your individual siloMaintain at least 1 certification in main disciplineAbility to manage and maintain more than one dealership at a time with strong Multi-tasking & PrioritizationWillingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-trainingAbility to complete key dealer structure set up and training for the complete dealer processAbility to manage and create positive partnership with larger groups Understand product integration and impact of different silos in the PBS system Understanding the “bigger picture” (what you are doing and why)Assist with mentoring other members of the team as per ST& T managers directionHelp to create a positive working environment Perform other duties when requiredQualifications:1-2 years previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS considered an assetHigh School DiplomaFluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSolid analytical and organizational skillsAvailable to travel on an occasional basis, as needed within US and Canada.
