THE OPPORTUNITY: PRICEBOOK DATABASE COORDINATOR REPORTING TO COVENIENCE RETAIL MANAGER Join a growing team with an exciting opportunity to build a new Canadian convenience offer.

Reporting to the Convenience Retail Manager, the Part Time Pricebook Database Coordinator role will be responsible for the management and administration of pricebooks, which support our convenience store business across the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Part Time Pricebook Database Coordinator is a critical role within our Convenience Retail team.

This role will be responsible for overall pricebook management for over 230 agency and company-owned locations.

KEY ACTIVITIES: Accurate product set-up, price changes and in-store promotions, authorizations and de-authorizations of vendors.

Maintain all product UPC, cost, retail, traits and attributes submitted by the Convenience Retail team Ensure data integrity, including business controls.

Work with our third-party IT vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.

This role will need to interact on a daily basis with third party vendors, members of our Convenience Retail, Finance and Operations teams on topics including the following: Price book management, merchandising, controls, finance and data integrity.

Monitor the pricebook mailbox, investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Provide accurate reporting to focus on business growth and margin maximization.

Provide training, operational and technical guidance to team members.

Recommend changes in procedures and resources for business improvement & implement upon approval.

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:  Post-secondary degree in business, retail or merchandising (college or university).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & eager to learn new IT systems.

Basic understanding of pricing and inventory.

Flexible to work Monday to Friday a variety of shifts.

Bilingual (French & English) is a benefit.

Retail experience is an asset.

Working knowledge of backoffice system preferred.
