Our systems engineers have a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity products, integrations, and the critical cyberthreats facing our potential customer’s environments.We need these technical guides to work with our sales teams, providing training and technical support.

You build trust with our clients and teams, establishing strong rapport as a trusted advisor, and build an environment where our clients feel (and are) secure.

Additionally, you’ll be called upon to offer feedback to our product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base.Your ImpactEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with your Account Manager and the local partners within your territoryIdentify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutionsArchitect and propose validated solutions which address the identified cybersecurity problems in each individual environmentEnsure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoptionContinuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitorsAct as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolvedQualificationsYour Experience4 years of remote user access technologiesBS technical degree or equivalentOverlay or channel sales/systems engineering experience is beneficialGood understanding of SD-WAN technologies, hands on experience highly beneficialStrong understanding and expertise of Tunneling protocols such as: SSL/TLS, IPSec, GREStrong understanding and experience integrating and/or deploying authentication methodologies, such as SAML, MFA, RADIUS, LDAP, ADStrong experience on IP Routing protocols such as BGP, StaticStrong PKI Experience and Certificate ManagementExcellent troubleshooting experienceNext Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration and deploymentPANOS knowledgeSelf-starter and constant learnerAbility to work within small creative teams as well as cross functional teamsStrong communication (written and verbal)Strong presentation skills both internally and externallyAmbitious attitudeWilling to travel up to 50% of the timeAdditional InformationThe TeamWe have brought a technology to market that is reshaping the network security landscape.

Our systems engineering team members work hand-in-hand with the sales team to help provide technical support and educate customers on our products and solutions during the purchase making process.You will identify complex security challenges in your potential customers’ networks and drive solutions using our market leading security products and services.
