Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure is a high performing team to join! We architect, design, build, test and deploy agile and cost-effective Network, Workplace and Service Management solutions leveraging Cloud and as-a-Service based approaches. We implement scalable, high performance solutions that meet the need of today’s corporate and digital applications using cloud infrastructure technologies and software defined infrastructure. We develop and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation (including operating model) and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).

· Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for software solutions/vendors/brands.

· Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

· Working with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to evaluate application and technology landscape

· Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principles

· Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

· Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

· Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
