This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 14, 2020.

Job Type: Contract Location: Ottawa SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under supervision and within the policies and procedures of the Royal Canadian Mint, the Network Administrator (Operations) position is responsible for operations, monitoring, reporting and technical support of the corporate server and network infrastructure.

Technical support includes installing, customizing, troubleshooting, and correction of server and network infrastructure components and software; supporting IT Service Desk support staff in determining problems, providing advice and guidance, and occasionally providing informal training.

Maintains knowledge of RCM’s hardware and software environment.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:English essential.
