Role: Sales Professional AutomationContact Location: Richmond, BCContract Duration: 04/01/2021 to 03/31/2022What are you selling?Protection relays, RTUs, Gateway/converters, Power/energy Meters, Substation Automaton products, SCADA, HMI etc.Responsibility and job requirements:Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.Lead generation, identify opportunities from market and report to opportunity management tool ( SIESALES), Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutionsCo-ordinate with other Siemens division for opportunities related to SI DG.Registering SI DG with potential customer/user of our productsBid participationCoordination with head office for SI DG product approval/homologation with customersIdentify and register potential channel/distribution partnerCustomer visits for enquiriesAttending and forwarding customer queries to head office.Maintain BC lobbying reportingCompletes sales and revenue related key reporting.Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.

Act as a point of contact to customers for SI DG in British ColumbiaShould be able to site survey to assess and identify project or opportunity requirements from protection and control requirements (secondary Eqpt).Able to interpret customer one line diagrams, logics to propose solutions from DG.Act as main interface point in BC during delivery and execution and post sales for any support required.Experience Requirements:3 to 4 years of experience of sales and business development field.Experience in sales of Electrical substation secondary equipment’s like relays and RTUs is preferred.
