Marketing Automation Analyst

As a Marketing Automation Analyst at EF Tours Canada , you will play a key role in growing our email database, understanding our customer data, and allowing us to reach our audiences in new and innovative ways.

About the role: We are looking for someone who can get right into the details, from querying audience segments, to strategizing and advising on the best ways to reach those audiences, all the while adhering to CASL regulations.

You’ll work with cross functional team s to understand EF’s customer segments and leverage knowledge of automation best practices to create, execute, and track highly targeted multi-channel digital marketing, email marketing, and direct mail lead generation and nurture campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with three to four years of analyst experience working with SQL and looking to grow as a technical marketer.

Responsibilities : Gain detailed knowledge of sales and marketing customer lifecycle and CRM data Maintain and optimize our email database Use SQL to explore EF’s customer data, troubleshoot potential data issues, and produce datasets and reports that are vital to business objectives Work with marketing stakeholders to understand lead generatio n and nurture campaign objectives and build highly targeted cross channel (email, digital , direct mail ) segmentation using SQL and our marketing automations tool Develop and maintain integrations among internal and external marketing systems (automation, analytics, digital channels) Provide technical and data support to design and execute A/B testing Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns as well develop reusable workflows templates, segments, and data filter s Adhere to and advise on CASL regulations D evelop and distribute reporting that includes strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign performance About You: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline or relevant work experience Working knowledge of SQL is a must 3 years e xperience working with marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Marketo , Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua) Self-directed with positive attitude to continuously improve the automation processes.
