What will your typical day look like?

Design, development, and deployment of new Sponsorship Program to a designated scope of Deloitte Global professionals

  • Effectively partner with stakeholders, leadership, vendors, Centers of Excellence (COE) partners on seamless execution
  • Facilitate program elements throughout the program duration, including upskilling senior leaders and sponsors to effectively support the program
  • Educate sponsors and sponsees on their role
  • Evaluate program and report results to stakeholders and People Leadership

Design deployment, evaluation and program management of all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) learning programs in partnership with the Career Development Leader and DEI Leader within the Inclusion and Leadership Development COE

  • Collaborate and partner within members of the Inclusion and Leadership Development COE, and other People COEs
  • Partner with business unit DEI leaders and committees to ensure alignment
  • Programs include anti-racism and micro-aggression e-learning design and deployment, Inclusive Leadership Activation Lab facilitator upskilling, management, and overall program roll out and management to a select scope of leaders, development of the overall DEI learning roadmap, identification of gaps in the roadmap and proposing learning solutions for closing gaps

Adopt a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative inclusion learning initiatives with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs, and where appropriate utilize existing library of offerings instead of creating something new.

Develop and deliver effective communication plans to communicate value & engage learners for DEI learning specific initiatives.

Manage vendor partners (external or internal) for program design and delivery, including e-learning, live / virtual learning, and other learning technologies deployment

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

· Experienced Manager level with at least 5 years of ownership and leadership experience in a learning program manager role.

· Expert in learning and development best practices and industry trends

· Experience with DEI learning programs

· Excellent organizational skills and project management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills required

· Ability to work comfortably with stakeholders and leaders in a virtual environment

· Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance

· Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines

· Change management experience is a plus

· Working with global, virtual and offshore teams is a plus as is experience working directly with clients/final stakeholders

· Experience designing e-learning and/or working with vendor partners to design e-learning

· Knowledge or learning technologies

· Facilitation experience in virtual environment

· Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and Project)

· Working knowledge of learning management system is a plus
