Please note that this position is remote. Candidates must have an eligible work permit for Canada and be fluent in French.

Take your ambitions to the next level

  • Provide quality customer support to all inbound contacts (via phone, email or direct contact) for incidents or service requests;
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues based on knowledge base articles on incident or request handling and execution;
  • Appropriately use all available tools for resolution activities (remote control, ticketing systems, communication);
  • Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the incident management tool (ticketing system);
  • Assign contacts that cannot be resolved on first contact to level 2/3 support teams in accordance with the knowledge base;
  • Collaborate with level 2/3 teams as needed.

Does this sound like you?

  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience;

  • Experience in a similar role within the last few years;

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset;

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar setting;

  • Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite;

  • Ability to multi-task;

  • Ability to work under pressure;

  • Excellent customer service experience;

  • Effective communication;
  • Autonomy, initiative, teamwork, rigour;
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
    • French: 4/4
    • English: 3/4
