Lead QA Engineer – DevOps

The Lead QA Engineer
– DevOps will be a leader in cross-departmental efforts to identify and guide the implementation of standardized testing tools and practices across Thomson Reuters.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills to gather information and requirements, and identify opportunities related to quality assurance within the DevOps process.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team who has demonstrated quality assurance experience to partner with development and operations teams.

About the Role: Partner with development and operations teams to identify their current testing tools and practices and identify areas for improvement Prioritize suggestions and provide to our engagement team who will help with implementing or migrating to suggested tools Promote preferred DevOps quality assurance practices across Thomson Reuters by presenting at meetings, coordinating trainings, and sharing positive experiences of other teams after practices were adopted Identify and review quality metrics gathered as part of the DevOps journey to assess future needs or promote adoption About You: You’re a fit for the Lead QA Engineer
– DevOps role if you: Have experience as a quality assurance professional Have a desire to help transform an organization to follow DevOps best practices and tools Bring a passionate drive of DevOps, automation, testing and modern tooling Have a creative ability to identify key metrics and measure results to track the DevOps transformation progress Experience At least five years of experience working in a quality assurance / testing environment Demonstrated experience guiding teams toward DevOps practices What’s in it For You At Thomson Reuters, our people are our greatest assets.
