Jr. Data Entry Clerk to support tasks and admin duties using MS office Suite for an insurance client – 2038

REQ: 2038 JOB TITLE: Jr.

Data Entry Support DURATION: 6 Months (Possibility for extension or conversion to perm) LOCATION: Toronto Jr.

Data Entry Clerk to support Triage incoming tasks and admin duties using MS office Suite.

Role: This is a data entry position within the insurance industry.

This Data entry role is on a Lifestyle Underwriting team and will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our Lifestyle Sales & Service Centre is able to offer smooth and consistent work distribution and tracking, and you will also support the Front Line Manager to report on Service Level Agreements.

This Data Entry position will need to review a current Broker’s book of business and duplicate/convert policies to our clients internal systems.

Once duplicated, Underwriters verify and potential updates may be required.

This position may be required to occasionally visit the Broker’s place of business for updates.

• 1 years of experience with Data Entry using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• 1 years of experience in a customer service / call center / contact center environment Nice to Have:
• Insurance experience or previous insurance knowledge would be helpful in understanding the terminology
• Experience in a triage or support role is an asset
