IT technician

YOUR ROLE ?

The IT technician will provide maintenance, repair and tech support on a variety of equipment at our customers facilities in Etobicoke and its surrounding area.

The hired technician will have to:

• Support and install POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers and self-checkout registers from different manufacturers;

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and/or software problems in a timely, thorough and accurate fashion;

• Stay involved until the problem is resolved.

Your profile

• Technical diploma/post-secondary education in electronics/computers/IT;

• Minimum of two (2) years experience servicing computer equipment;

• Strong problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills;

• Superior customer service and communication skills;

• A valid driver’s licence and vehicle (mandatory);

• Ability to travel occasionally;

• Be available to work on a flexible schedule (nights and weekends are a possibility).

Your assets

• OEM certifications from IBM, HP, Dell, Citrix and Microsoft;
• A+ certification.
