Fed IT
– Provide support to internal users
– Maintain all service requests via the ticketing tool
– Pass on second level requests in case of more advanced technical level
– Diploma in computer science (DEC or DEP)
– First experience accepted
– Knowledge of Microsoft, Exchange and AD tools
– Excellent communication
– Bilingualism essential (French and English)
