The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with the option to split your time between working virtually from home and from one of our office locations (Farnborough.

Sheffield, Birmingham).

What the day will look like The role will assist the business with the implementation, change projects, site upgrades and support of member web services provided to customers of the Pensions Administration business.

The role includes supporting operations, client managers and clients with the delivery of member web services that support Aon’s goals.

The role is heavily customer focused with all aspects of the role focused on delivering a quality member experience for clients and their members.

Use Aon developed configuration tools to build and maintain interactive pension websites for clients.

Whether building a website for a new client or working to support changes to existing website.

Liaise with the different partners to undertake due diligence activity to understand the client requirements and proposed website setup Produce scoping documents and support in the production of project plans and identification of costs.

Support client managers with product discussions and client facing demonstrations, whether this is for a new implementation or for upgrade projects.

Helping to resolve queries or requests colleagues or clients Helping to support the testing of development releases, patches, IT projects, legislative changes or version upgrades.

Including supporting user acceptance testing, test packs and regression testing as and when required.

Work with application support teams to proactively handle and resolve performance issues and outages.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Pensions knowledge would be beneficial, although not mandatory.

Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable to have experience with EQ Administrator (formerly Aquila Administrator).

Analytical and problem solving skills – listens closely to requirements and translates into solution.

Accuracy and attention to detail is important to deliver accurate, high quality work to clients and colleagues, within deadlines.

Flexibility – can demonstrate the ability to respond quickly and optimally to changing business needs and priorities.
