You will work in a manufacturing environment including the administrative departments of various factories and offices.

You will have the opportunity to work on multiple platforms including Windows, iSeries, SQL, Oracle, SAP, and Cisco VOIP technology.This is a temporary mandate 12 months.

Your responsibilities Provide local and remote technical support to customers, while fostering the highest quality customer experience.

Document and manage customer requests using the Unicenter Service Desk ticket tracking system, while proactively prioritizing and tracking open tickets.

Analyze, diagnose, and solve technical problems, and escalate tickets to experts if necessary.

Provide basic training to customers on the functionality of the system.

Work as a team.

Be available to travel as needed to support plants located on the South Shore, Montreal and, the west of the island.

Your background Have a DCS in Computer Science.

Have 2 years of experience in technical support in a technical support environment.

Have a command of Office products and Windows 365.

Solid interpersonal skills as well as strong communication and writing skills (English and French).

Self-taught and have good analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand written guidelines and procedures.

Well-documented in English and French.

Excellent teammate and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members.
