This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted October 27, 2020.

IT Business Analyst ndash 1 Year Contract ndash Montreal, QC Candidate must reside in Canada and be bilingual French and English Main tasks bull Facilitate committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenariosproblems bull Be able to produce different types of analysis (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate the results to stakeholders bull Analyze and prioritize the different types of requirements and needs of business bull Identify, analyze, document the current processes, then, propose, confirm and disseminate the target processes using recognized modeling techniques bull Develop communication deliverables to support the a common understanding of the issues and promote the mobilization of stakeholders bull Actively participate in the definition of test strategies and scenarios and participate to tests with the project team Specific skills bull Knowledge of JIRA Tempo Confluence bull MicroSoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams) bull Knowledge of banking processes and systems bull Mastering methods of analyzing organizational processes.

bull Knowledge of quality assurance processes (Strategies and Test Scenarios) bull MUST HAVE regulatory expertise and good knowledge of the banking sector.

In particular, the regulations RVCFAT and CRSFATK.

The consultant will be required to work on regulatory projects.

Identifier, analyser, documenter les processus actuels, puis, proposer, confirmer et deacuteterminer les processus cibles agrave lrsquoaide de techniques de modeacutelisation reconnues 5.

Deacutevelopper les produits de communication pour appuyer la compreacutehension des enjeux et promouvoir la mobilisation des parties prenantes 6.

Participer activement agrave la deacutefinition des strateacutegies et des sceacutenarios de test et participer agrave des tests avec lrsquoeacutequipe de projet Compeacutetences speacutecifiques 1.

Connaissance de JIRA Tempo Confluence 2.

Connaissance des processus et systegravemes bancaires 4.

Maicirctriser les meacutethodes drsquoanalyse des processus organisationnels.
