IT Business Analyst

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted March 29, 2022.
* Support the processes that support the functions of the different departments
* Ensure the production of business process diagrams to define operational activities and procedures
* Work jointly with project managers, system owners, and users to refine requirements/objectives
* Analyze the efficiency of business processes in order to establish strategies to improve them
* Participate in the creation of new procedures to improve business processes, operations and data flows
* Provide user training as needed
* Perform the necessary tests (system requirements and regression tests)
* University degree in IT or equivalent experience
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience in software development (asset)
* Experience with an ERP (SAP ideally)
* Experience in taking needs from different managers in order to transform them into technical language for the development team
* Experience in business process mapping and modeling
* Experience in agile method (asset)
* Bilingual (French & English)
