ISR Transit: Software Team Manager

This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted September 13, 2020.

You will be Software lead developer in the IOT emerging technology for the next Generation Transportation Multi Modal Software, you will be coordinating a Team of multiple Software developer and external contractor.

The Software Developer lead is part of the core of the technical team in technology, product design, and software methodology.

He is the lead of a dedicated team of forward-thinking, highly skilled software professionals who share a common vision of quality, integrity and efficiency and understand the value of their work and the impact it has to the success of their team, the company overall and the customers it serves.

The Employee will be working with our Project Manager and Client to develop and deploy software development scopes, specify methods to be utilized and all tasks to be completed during project implementations, creating timelines and expected durations for each task’s completion and estimating and allocating resources for each task’s completion.

As well as creating architecture plans, change control processes and communication and status reporting processes utilized during project implementation.

The Software developer lead must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn new technologies and management processes.

This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and unbeatable customer service.

This position will include managing, coordinating, software development and supervising personnel, vendors and other resources engaged on projects.

Overall relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex cloud system and software requirements.

Other requirements include participating in ongoing management and strategy meetings once a week and preparing and presenting progress reports to management regularly.
