  • Stock Balance Returns of inventory to vendors. (apply to vendors for RA numbers, pick, verify and pack inventory).
  • Work with Service and Depot to ensure that DOA inventory is repaired in a timely manner. (Log cases in E-merge).
  • Post non-physical Customer credits.
  • Create and post non-physical credit PO’s for customer credits.
  • Create and post physical credit PO’s for customer credits.
  • For Customer Owned inventory, verify the inventory, separate the inventory on other skids, label all the inventory, adjust the inventory into stock and transfer the serial numbers, all in our inventory management system, JD Edward.
  • Stack, verify, wrap and place the Customer Owned inventory in the racks within the warehouse.
  • Complete monthly skid counts of inventory sitting in all the Customer Owned warehouses, within the Richmond Hill location.
  • Cycle Count the CFI inventory and reconcile, by using the CFI inventory management system, IQ Reseller.
  • Helping the CFI/Reuse team with receiving, picking, shipping and other tasks within that area as requested by the Team Lead and or Supervisor.
  • Work in a safe manner in the warehouse.
  • Follow the ISO processes in each area.
  • Support other teams members in their daily task.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor and/or Manager.
  • Completion of a Secondary school diploma
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a warehousing, logistics and transportation environment
  • To be fully licensed and experienced in the operation of Powered Pallet truck, Order Picking Platform truck
  • Considered an asset to be licensed and experienced with Reach truck (w. reverse steering)
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards an asset
  • Knowledge of Excel an asset.
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment, with frequent short timelines
  • Ability to work overtime outside of the normal schedule (evenings and weekends) to respond to customer (internal or external) needs
Working conditions
  • Working within a standard warehouse environment where steel toed shoes are required
  • Environment is climate controlled but occasional, brief exposure to heat or cold may occur
  • Occasional exposure to short bursts of noise over 85 db may occur; hearing protection is offered but not mandatory
  • Tasks are non-repetitive in nature and can be frequently re-assigned due to changing priorities
  • May be required to work overtime, in accordance with applicable provincial Employment Standards legislation.
Physical requirements
  • This position requires a high degree of standing and walking, bending, crouching, etc.
  • Frequent lifting of objects up to 20 kg required; objects over 20 kg require team lifting
