Our valued client is seeking an Intermediate Deskside Support Technician to support end computing, network, telephony, and account issues
An initial 1-year contract with possible extension. 100% on-site in Montreal, QC
Responsibilities:
- Desktop support responsible for end user computing, network, telephony and account issues.
- Conference rooms & A/V maintain equipment (projectors, televisions, etc.) in conference rooms and support additional audio/video requirements for other events including town-hall meetings, VTC support and webcasts.
- Printer support troubleshoot and support printer and copier problems.
- Windows OS installation, test and deploy windows images to LM Canada systems.
- Software installation & support
- Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices
- IT purchase requisitioning
- Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Help Desk Support Technician
- Experience with Windows OS
- Experience setting up conference rooms with audio & visual equipment
